之前看了很多讲他们不专业的复评以为一概是假的。自己亲身经历过才知道。二月中花了两百八十多给这里的医生拔了智慧牙，拔牙时不痛，因为打了麻醉。当晚开始发高烧，伤口吃了消炎药还是很痛。第二天半边脸肿了起来完全没办法吃东西，好像有东西顶着喉咙，半夜也睡不着。第三天到回去医生说发烧跟她拔牙毫无关系叫我吃消炎，抗生素和用她家的蓝色漱口水。第四天严重呕吐发烧呼吸困难老公带我到医院挂号。诊断结果是那个拔牙伤口感染严重发炎如果再迟可能会没命。拔了一颗智慧牙换来要缴付六千多块的住院费。也许只是我运气差也可能是他们的医生不够经验。所以写了这些不是要中伤这家店而是觉得有需要分享给大家。还有很抱歉这不是我本人的真名和第一账号因为还是要保护自己跟家人的私隐。

Not sure why my old dentist din propose a crown for my tooth after root canal, i almost had to extract my tooth because of this. Luckily Dr M was professional and capable to restore my tooth using zirconia crown

这家 DR M DENTAL CLINIC 态度有够恶劣。不但威胁患者还扭转事实颠倒是非和大量虚假刷评。给他负面评论他只会指控你是假户口，治疗期间如出现问题他会指责你没听从医生劝告所以100%是你自己活该你自己的问题不关医生事，这无良的还屡次公开患者的私隐和病历处处丑化患者。不仅仅如此，他们还会发whatsapp威胁给他们负评的患者，如不删除评论就一概从头到尾侮辱你一番。从什么病人满口蛀牙到身体肥胖都有。他们的管理员还用了上百个谷歌假账号把自己吹了一通。这应该不是专业人士该有的智商吧。

hi everyone.i am ravi just to mention few things about this clinic.it was a wonderfull place .nice environment. the doctor was was very gentle and friendly as well as all the staff.for my problem i went to 2 clinic beside DR M.but could not solve my problem and was in pain atleast for one month or more .it was a good thing that dr m had a xray machine.this solved my problem immediately after knowing exactly what was the issue on my tooth.thank you so so much for you professional advice. take care everyone.oh one more i was given a appointment at 1.45 pm and they called me and said i could also come abit earlier if wish too.the moment i was inside the clinic .registration was done and went to see the doctor.well done and hope you keep up this work.bye .

Despite my tight schedule, Dr Michelle still provided me her best service with highest professionalism. Staffs were attentive, caring and helpful. Had 5 of my teeth filled and scaling treatment with minimum and totally bearable discomfort. Environment was clean, comfortable, relaxing and the price is totally affordable. Went to Dr Michelle for Root Canal treatment for both me and my mom. Even my daughter went there to get her tooth extraction. I must say the experience is pretty good. Very patient and friendly dentist. Even the customer service is very good. I feel very much at ease with them and very pleased with the friendly staffs over there as well. They provide after treatment follow up too. They really do walk the talk. Kudos to them. Reasonable prices and will definitely be my 1st choice of dentistry visit.

從小就怕牙醫的我 根本不敢去洗牙 因為聽了太多洗牙的恐怖經歷 但經過朋友介紹+看到很多好的feedback 就決定給自己一個洗牙的經歷 於是就去了Dr.M 從戰戰兢兢的踏入診所 體貼的Dr.M 準備了替換的拖鞋 坐著等護士叫名字 再踏入治療室 整個環境很讓人放鬆 躺著讓牙醫檢查 開始前也被告知服務的價格 也確保我躺得舒服才開始洗牙之後牙醫很耐心的告訴我 由於我是第一次洗牙 所以洗牙時某部分可能會少許痛/不舒服 可是我覺得overall都okay 比我想像中好很多 也沒有疼痛感！洗牙後 Dr.M 很細心的教我如何刷牙 如何保持牙齦健康 所以真心推薦Dr.M這麼好 價錢又公道的診所 👍🏻

去 Dr M 3次了，3次都很满意。环境舒服干净整洁。第一次和第2次都是后牙痛肿才來到這間新开的牙诊，第3次是洗牙和补牙了。Dr Michelle 都很细心温柔讲解，每做下一个程序都会温馨提醒一下，好让我有心里准备。补牙也沒知觉，不像我印象中补牙的痛，感觉现在科技发达加上专业的技术操手，补完牙了也沒 rasa 😂Receptionist 和助理护士们都很friendly！是值得推荐的牙诊！

After reading so many good reviews about Dr M, my family and I decided to give it a go. Upon reaching, there is ample parking around the block. The Muji style interior coupled with soothing music playing in the background made us feel like going to a spa than to see a dentist. Everyone is attentive and friendly, from the front desk to the nurses. They adhered to the appointment strictly and our names got called one by one shortly. The doctors were gentle and compassionate, as they advertised. They constantly checked on how we were holding up during the treatment - a gesture that helps easing dental fear. Consistent to what I read from the reviews, scaling and polishing were not only painless but also comfortable, partly due to the ergonomic memory foam dental chair cushion (I have been told). The total bill was fair considering the quality of the doctors, their work and the equipment used. It is safe to say that we now found our regular dentist!

Overall, I can see the dentist is professional and medical ethics too. She doesn't force her clients to pay more extra money like forcing them to buy other items if they are unnecessary. Second appointment was fluorosis treatment, the end result was well satisfied and will definitely go back for more treatment in the upcoming months. The best dental clinic I ever visited with professional and friendly Dr and helpful nurse. Dr Michelle explained my oral condition and was so gentle on me while during scaling and I felt no pain at all. I also did my whitening. I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Dr Michelle and team. I will definitely come back again for other treatment 🥰🥰

Went for scaling and polishing earlier, staffs were polite and courtesy, great atmosphere as clinic is well renovated Scaling isn't not pain at all for everyone, it depends on individual conditions 🙃🙃Michelle is very patience in explaining our tooth conditions, she also clearly advise the price that will be charging (I guess cost is the concern for most people), anyway their price is reasonable, overall a good experience, will recommended to people surrounding :)))

Very friendly dentist and such a comfortable clinic. My kids were entirely relaxed during their check up session with Dr Michelle. She even demonstrated to us the proper way to brush our teeth. Highly recommended and will definitely return for future treatments ☺️

The environment in Dr M Dental Clinic is very cozy and relaxing. Can feel that u guys put a lot of effort in the deco. For scaling experience, surprisingly i didn't feel much discomfort and pain, not much bleeding also. Dentist explains everything in details. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall experience is good for me👍🏻

Upon walking into the clinic, the environment gives a nice cosy vibes. Clinic interior is clean and there is a TV in the waiting area for our viewing. Both receptionist and dental nurses are friendly and chatty, which help me to relax throughout my visit there. Dentist wise, Dr Michelle has been superbly professional and gentle, to the extent that even scaling is no longer painful. Last but not least, the pricing is standard. It is not easy to find a good dentist, I highly recommend Dr M Dental Clinic 👍👍👍

Very experienced dentists. 👍 My wife and I have visited Dr M. We have done our biannual scaling by Dr Michelle and Dr Isaac. Both of them are very gentle.Very detailed cleaning and check up done. Both of them gave us a lot of tips on how to take care of our teeth. Keep up the good work. This is one of the best dental clinic in Ipoh which we have visited. All the staffs are very friendly. The prices are reasonable and affordable too. Will definitely come back after 6 months for our biannual scaling.
Dr Mental Den Clinic offers affordable prices for medical services and I was quite impressed with my experience. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable professionals who made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.The staff at the clinic were also very helpful in explaining the different pricing options available to me. They took the time to go over the costs associated with each service and helped me make an informed decision about which services were the most important for me to receive.Highly recommended!

Despite my tight schedule, Dr Michelle still provided me her best service with highest professionalism. Staffs were attentive, caring and helpful.Had 5 of my teeth filled and scaling treatment with minimum and totally bearable discomfort. Environment was clean, comfortable, relaxing and the price is totally affordable.Even brought my sister for check up and scaling service after mine.Extremely impressed and satisfied. Keep it up !

Front desk and doctors speak fluent English. Appointment making was smooth, not to mention the thoughtful reminder sent a day earlier. Both doctors are soft-spoken, gentle and experienced. Suctioning by the nurses was easy in the mouth as well. Whilst writing these words, I am surprised to find bad reviews saying the exact opposite of our experience. The four of us had been here on numerous occasions all turned out to be pleasant. Stay positive, keep up the good work, Dr M.

There is even an intraoral camera to show the pre-post treatment shots. Not to forget, front desk clinic manager Darren, his pre and post appointment service was very helpful. He will send a kind reminder for me a day before the appointment and will follow up after treatment. 5 stars service. Well done.
